Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing on your device, or using the MagPunk app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Nature of the Service
MagPunk is a content aggregator and on-device analysis tool that reads public RSS feeds added by the user or by the embedded catalog. The core functions of the app are free; some advanced features are unlocked with an optional Pro subscription (see the “Pro Subscription and Payments” section below). MagPunk does not produce its own content. All content displayed in the app belongs to the respective publishers, and a link to the original source of the content is always provided. MagPunk does not have a server, a user account system, or a centralized data collection infrastructure; analysis operations run solely on your device.
Pro Subscription and Payments
MagPunk offers an optional Pro subscription. Pro unlocks advanced features such as Comparison, PDF/CSV export, extended Archive, Daily Brief and Pulse customization, control over scoring settings, protected items, and unlimited label/word tracking. Subscription purchase, billing, renewal, and cancellation processes are handled by the app store where the app is distributed (e.g., Google Play), within the framework of that platform’s rules. MagPunk does not see or store your payment information. The subscription may automatically renew at the end of the period unless you cancel it; you must follow the rules of the respective store for your cancellation and refund requests. The features included in the Pro scope may change over time. Regardless of whether it is paid or not, ads are not shown in any tier of the app.
Permitted Use
MagPunk is offered solely for personal and lawful use purposes. You are entirely responsible for the sources you add to the app and how you use the app. You agree not to misuse the app, not to make attempts that will manipulate the operation of the system, and not to use it for illegal purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The app, with all its functions, is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed that the app will work uninterrupted or completely error-free. The automatic labels (Critical, Low Quality, Sentiment) and scores assigned by MagPunk are purely statistical; their accuracy or exact precision is in no way guaranteed. Read the “Automatic Classification” section to get more information about the nature and limits of automatic labels.
Limitation of Liability
The developers of MagPunk cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise from the use of the app or the inability to use it for any reason, personal decisions made based on any content in the app, or situations such as data loss.
Third-Party Content
The content displayed and summarized in the app belongs to third parties, and the responsibility for the content lies entirely with the publisher who published it. Review the Content & Copyright page for the copyright status of the content or the rules regarding takedown requests.
Not Advisory in Nature
No content, label, scoring, or prediction included in the app constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Always reference primary and official sources for your important decisions.
Scope of the Contract and Data Privacy

Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continuing to use the app after changes are made to the terms will mean that you accept the current terms.
Applicable Law and Contact
