Reporting a Wrong Label
If you think a label the app gave a piece of content is wrong, there is no need to email us. The “report an error” link in the reading panel prepares the report together with the label and carries it to the feedback form. That route is faster for you, and the report reaches us complete.
When Reporting a Bug
If you are reporting a systemic bug, include your device model and the app version you are using. Without those two details we cannot reproduce most bugs.
Copyright and Takedown Requests
If you publish a public RSS feed and want it removed from MagPunk’s default catalogue, an email to contact@magpunk.com is enough. See the Content & Copyright page for the scope and limits of that process.

Every message you send is read, but a reply may take a few days.
